Refund policy

Refund and Return Policy: 

You have 14 days from your original date of purchase of your order to send your item back for a return. It has to be received by the store within those 14 days. 

Eligibility: 

  • Items must be unworn, unused with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • No returns on sale items, jewelry or hats. 
  • We do not pay for return shipping.
  • Items bought during a special promotion where a discount was given are final sale. All orders of items in the promotion are nonrefundable. 
  • If for some reason upon receipt of your return we inspect the garments and find issue, we will reach out about refund approval.

Damages and issues

  • Inspect your order upon arrival. 
  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation. 

Exchanges: 

  • To swap an item, you will need to return your original item for a refund. You will want to purchase the item you would prefer in its place separately to make sure you get the item(s) you are wanting. We are a small boutique and have limited quantities. 

Refunds: 

  • You will receive an email confirmation once we inspect your item and process your return. The refund will go to the original payment method. 
  • Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
